MedicalDispatch™ is computer-aided dispatching software specifically designed to handle the business, operations, and fleet management needs of commercial ambulance providers, EMS units, and wheelchair transport services. MedicalDispatch is designed for use at the agency level to internally call take non-911 events and then dispatch and track the agency's fleet for 911, critical care transport, and non-911 activity.

MedicalDispatch's user-friendly interface allows the user to manage high volume commercial service down to local squads with 2-4 units. Users can set up workstations and user permissions based on roles in the dispatching process, such as call taking, dispatching, tracking, supervisory, and sole dispatcher.
